The school is located on the campus of the College of Mount Saint Vincent (CMSV). Students admitted to CMSV may attend College classes for credit concurrently with their intensive English program once they reach Level 108 or above.

There is a one-time application fee of US$100. Homestays require a one-time US$200 placement fee; Campus Residence Hall housing requires a $US125 deposit.
