APEX Homestay Service specializes in housing accommodations in San Francisco. We represent American families in the best and most convenient neighborhoods and personally screen all host families and inspect their accommodations regularly. All homestays are located within an easy walk of all public transportation: bus, ferry and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)

Types & Price Ranges of Homestays:

1. Full Homestay: Includes continental breakfast and family dinner.
   a. Traditional Homestay:         $800 to $1000 per 4 weeks.
                                                 Private room, private bath or shared bath.
   b. Home Accommodation:      $ 550 to $800 per 4 weeks.
                                                 Private or shared room, shared bath.
                                                 Economy room in home setting.

2. Bed & Breakfast: Includes continental breakfast only.
   a. Traditional Homestay:        $650 to $800 per 4 weeks.
                                                 Private room, private bath or shared bath.
   b. Home Accommodation:     $ 500 to $700 per 4 weeks.
                                                 Private or shared room, shared bath.
                                                 Economy room in home setting
   

Homestay Terms & Conditions:

• Placement fee $200 is non-refundable and payable at the time of application.

• When applying from outside the USA, 30 days advance notice is requested and
  the 1st month homestay fee is to be paid to APEX Aducation Consultants along with the placement fee. Each month thereafter is to be paid directly to the homestay family and is payable one month in advance.

• Two weeks notice must be given when a student decides to leave their homestay before the requested time.

Cancellation Policies:

• Placement Fees : Non-refundable.
• Homestay Fee:    75% refund - Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival
                             50% refund - Cancellation less than 30 days and up to
                             14 days before arrival
                             No refund - Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival
  

To Apply:

1. Please fill out the Online Application.
2. Mail oar wire your non-refundable homestay placement fee of $150 to APEX Education Consultants.
3. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you your host information and a confirmation of placement.
